Thank you for supporting Shannon Parish. Your generosity and donations enable us to provide pastoral services through a vast array of ministries. Your donations also support the maintenance of our Churches, and the broadcast of live and recorded ceremonies through the parish webcam, radio, Facebook and Youtube. Tax Rebate Scheme
We have the added bonus that our government provides us with the opportunity, through the Tax Rebate Scheme, to maximise all charitable donations over €250 in a given year.
The parish can claim from Revenue, the related tax relief on your donations, amounting to an extra 31% if you contribute over €250 to the parish over the course of a year. in other words, if you donate at least €250 to all collections in a year (at least €5 weekly, the parish potentiallly can gain an extra 31% from Revenue at no extra cost to you.
